PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP KONSUMEN AKIBAT KELALAIAN PENGIRIMAN BARANG OLEH PT.POS INDONESIA (PERSERO) KANTOR PEMERIKSA (KPRK) PADANG
Abstract: Many cases of consuments disadvantages user
service of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). Knowing with the loosing or demage of
delivery that caused disadvantages on consument. The purpose of this research
was to find out the effort of PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) KPRK Padang in giving
to save the law for consument and responsibility of PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero)
KPRK Padang for loosing of delivery. The method of this research was yuridis
sosiologis. The data used in primary data that was gotten by document study,
the data analysis was done the effort of saving the law and focus on the rule
of constitusion number of 30,2009th about post were savety secret, security, and
savety of delivery. The responsibility of PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) KPRK
Padang in giving the compensation based on the business standart compensation
was ini the demage condition was 5 times shipping cost was 50% x shipping cost,
loosing was 10 times, late of shipping cost was 50% x shipping cost. The
compensation of bail in this condition was dissappear was 100% x value of bail
10 times of shipping cost, 50% of demage x value of bail + 5 x shipping cost,
1,5 of the late x shipping cost.
