Pemberian Bantuan Hukum Kepada Korban Tindak Pidana Pencabulan Anak Yang Dilakukan Oleh Oknum Kepolisian (Studi di Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Perhimpunan Pergerakan Indonesia Sumatera Barat)
Abstract: In Act No. 11 of
2011 concerning legal aid are declared legal aid legal services provided by
legal aid free of charge to the recipient of legal aid. One of the criminal
cases of abuse against children has aroused wide concern in society is the case
of a child in the 50 city districts, West Sumatra Province. Party of LBH PPI
provides legal assistance to child victims of abuse. The problems are: 1) How
is the implementation of legal aid in criminal case of child molestation
committed by police officers at the Legal Aid Society of West Sumatra Indonesia
Movement? 2) What are the constraints faced by the Legal Aid Society of West
Sumatra in Indonesia Movement provide legal bntuan to children who are victims
of abuse commited by police officers?The research Spcio-legal cepproach, and
used primary and secondary data. Data was colected throuqt interview and
documentary study. Data analysed qualitativeely..1) The provision of legal aid
to victims of the crime of child abuse committed by police officers at the
Legal Aid Society of Indonesia Movement. Families of children merely supplement
the sole condition as recipient LBH legal aid in the PPI field, namely, poverty
letter from the village residence parent / guardian of a victim of sexual abuse
against children tersebut.2) Constraints faced by LBH PPI in providing legal
assistance to child victims of abuse committed by police officers during
investigation until the trial is the budget, time management, human resources.
