PENGARUH STRES KERJA, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION (STUDI PADA KARYAWAN TETAP HOTEL SAHID SURABAYA)


Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the impact of work stress, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on turnover intention on permanent employees in Hotel Sahid Surabaya. Sample of this study are 86 employees. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. Data analyze technique is regression analysis with SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) version 23. Based on these results, we can conclude that work stress has partial significant influence on turnover intention, organizational commitment has partial significantly influence on turnover intention, and organizational culture has partial significantly influence on turnover intention. The results also showed that independent variables (work stress, organizational commitment, and organizational culture) simultaneously significant influence on turnover intention.
