PENGARUH INOVASI PRODUK (KEUNTUNGAN RELATIF, KOMPATIBILITAS, DAN KOMPLEKSITAS) TERHADAP NIAT PENGGUNAAN MOBILE BANKING BRI (Studi pada Agen LPG 3 Kg di Bandar Lampung)
ABSTRAK: This study aims to
determine the effect of product innovation (relative advantage, compatibility, and
complexity) towards intention to use mobile banking BRI (a study on 3 Kg LPG
agent in Bandar Lampung). BRI cooperated Business to Business (B2B) with PT.
Pertamina (Persero)officially launched the 3 kg LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas)
payment facility using mobile banking called Mocash LPG BRI. The study
population was a 3 Kg LPG agent in BandarLampung with a total sample of 100
respondents. This research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results
showed that relative advantage has a positive effect on intention to useMobile
Banking BRI. Compatibility has a positive effect on intention to use Mobile
Banking BRI. Complexity has a negative effect on intention to use Mobile
Banking BRI. The relative advantage has the biggest effect to the intention to
use at this research.
