PENGARUH SIKAP IBU TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS MEGALUH DAN PUSKESMAS JOGOLOYO KABUPATEN JOMBANG
Abstract: Exclusive
breastfeeding is breastfeeding the baby just started his birth until the age of
6 months, without additional other liquids and other food additives. Efficacy
of breastfeeding can reduce the risk of babies suffering from various diseases.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of maternal attitudes
towards the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding.
This type of research is quantitative, with a cross-sectional design. The
population of villages in health centers and jogoloyo Megaluh. Samples numbered
20 villages by simple random sampling technique. Data analysis by independent
t-test and Linear Regression. The results showed that showed that the p value
0.000 <α (0.05). So it can be concluded that there is influence of maternal
attitudes towards the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in the health
centers and jogoloyo Megaluh Jombang.
Attitude of exclusive breastfeeding is a factor that determines a person
to be willing or readiness to breastfeed exclusively. In conjunction with
exclusive breastfeeding, mother's attitude is how the enclosed reaction or
response to the nursing mothers exclusively breastfed. If the mother has had a
strong stance in giving exclusive breastfeeding, the behavior becomes more
consistent. Attitudes can be formed from the social interaction experienced by
the individual. So the attitude positive mothers are more likely to breastfeed
exclusively
