PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TALKING STICK DISERTAI METODE DEMONSTRASI BERBANTUAN MEDIA KOKAMI MATA PELAJARAN IPA DI SMP

Abstract: This research focus on the application of learning model talking stick with demonstration methods assisted by KOKAMI media. The purpose of this researchare to analyze the difference between the learning achievement using learning modeltalking stick with demonstration methods assisted by KOKAMI media and learningmodel commonly applied in school, also describes the learning activity andmotivation. The kind of this research is experiment and using design randomizedsubjects post test only control group. The population of this research are all the 8thgrade students in SMPN 11 Jember. The data collection methods are documentation, observation, questionner, and test. The data analysis methods used in this research is mann whitney u with SPSS 16. The result of this research shows that learning achievement of the experimental class is better than the control class.Learning activity and motivation the experimental class shows that students are active and motivated. It can be concluded that there is a difference between thelearning the learning achievement using learning model talking stick with demonstration methods assisted by KOKAMI media and learning model commonly applied in school.
