MENGENAL PENDEKATAN PARADIGMA PEDAGOGI REFLEKTIF DALAM PENDIDIKAN UNTUK MEMBANGUN MANUSIA YANG CERDAS DAN HUMANIS
Abstract: Education is an
activity of assisting and directing learners to grow and develop into
intelligent and humanist human. Learners are hoped to own intelligence to
determine the direction and purpose of life, to find a way, a means, as well as
ways to achieve it, and to be able to face and resolve all obstacles (internal
and external) to realize the human values in life and become humanist human.
To achieve the goals of education, the writer tries to apply
reflective-pedagogical approach, i.e. an approach in education that emphasizes
an activity of reflection to build the learners into human with better
competence in facing problems to reach the expected goals, the more sensitive
conscience, and the better awareness to
realize human values in this life (compassion).
The implementation of education applying reflective-pedagogical approach
with the five main steps: contexts, experiences, reflections, actions, and
evaluations, is hopefully able to increase the competence, the sensitivity of
conscience, and the awareness to realize the values in life so that the
learners are built into intelligent and humanist human.
