PENOLAKAN MESIR TERHADAP COOPERATIVE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (CFA) NEGARA-NEGARA NILE BASIN
Abstract: Egypt's rejection of
the Cooperative Framework Agreement (CFA) is influenced by climatic and geographical, political, and
economic interests. In terms of climate and geography of Egypt has a dry
climate areas where rainfall is low so the water needs to be a priority for
Egypt. Egyptian political interests ie CFA contrary to the historical rights of
and the Egyptian economy is very dependent on the Nile. The aim of this
research is to describe Egypt rejection to Cooperative Framework Agreement
(CFA) of Nile Basin Countries. Egypt is expected to build a joint use of the
Nile with Nile Basin countries other for the majority of Nile Basin countries
is a poor country that is very difficult to use the Nile without the help of a
better country like Egypt.
