IMPLEMENTASI BANTUAN PENDIDIKAN AUSTRALIA KEPADA INDONESIA MELALUI PROGRAM AUSTRALIAN DEVELOPMENT SCHOLARSHIP (ADS) PERIODE TAHUN 2008-2012
Abstract: This study aims to
describe the implementation of the Australian education assistance through the
Australian Development Scholarship period 2008-2012.
This research uses descriptive type that describes how the implementation
of the Australian educational assistance to Indonesia aimed at development in
Indonesia and improve the bilateral relations between Indonesia and Australia.
This research will be analyzed using the theory of public policy
implementation.
The result shows that the process of implementing the scholarship program
Australian Development Scholarships (ADS) has clarified a number of issues in
order to build a better quality education because there are still many remote
areas are yet to receive quality education services. Implementation of
educational assistance in the form of Australian Development Scholarships (ADS)
in the period 2008-2012 capable of running well with a good response is also of
Indonesian citizens who wish to continue their education in Australia. The
program is run in order to enhance development in Indonesia and Australia as
countries that have long established bilateral cooperation with Indonesia until
today.
