KEMATANGAN EMOSI DAN KECENDERUNGAN DEPRESI TERSANGKA PENGGUNA NARKOBA
Abstract: The purpose of this
study was to investigate the relationship between emotional maturity with
depressive tendencies suspected drug abusers, the study done on 32 respondents
who were suspected of drug abusers in Yogyakarta’s Police prisons.The
instrument used in this study was a scale that distributed to 32 respondents.
This study used a quantitative method with data analysis techniques to test the
hypothesis by using Pearson product moment correlation. Based on the data
analysis it wasobtainedPearson’s correlation value of -0.525, because 0.525 was
greater than 0.05, it can be concluded that there was a relationship between
emotional maturity and depression negative tendency, in other words, the higher
emotional maturity of one's level, the lower their depressed levels and vice versa.
