KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH INDONESIA DALAM MELINDUNGI WARALABA LOKAL DARI PERSAINGAN WARALABA ASING
Abstract: This study aimed to
determine the cause of the local franchises can not compete with foreign
franchises and to know the government's policy of protecting the local
franchise of foreign franchise competition. This type of research is
descriptive explanatif where this research aims to find an explanation for the
reason the inability of the local franchise to compete with foreign franchises.
The type of data used is secondary data sourced from books, magazines,
newspapers and various other electronic media (internet). Data collection
techniques used is content analysis. The results showed that the Local
Franchising as one of the national wheel drive still has some obstacles in its
development and the impact on the competitiveness of the more mature Foreign Franchise
of various factors such as capital, production, and Environment. The
government's policy has been increasingly clear, but there is still only
limited regulations governing the franchise system only. While the policy
governing the competitiveness of local and foreign franchises franchise has
been no order to protect the local franchise. Local Franchise Indonesia is also
in need of assistance in the aspects of capital in order to improve and develop
their production and marketing in order to compete with foreign franchises.
