WANPRESTASI DALAM PEMBAYARAN KREDIT PEMBIAYAAN KONSUMEN PADA PT. ADIRA DINAMIKA MULTI FINANCE, Tbk CABANG PARIAMAN
Abstract: Basically loans
granted by PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance to the debtor must be repaid within
a specified period. However, in practice often borrowers are in default. In
this research, the formulation of the problem: 1) What are the reasons defaults
in making payment of consumer finance loans at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi
Finance? 2) How do I settlement in the event of default loan consumer finance
at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance branch Pariaman? 3) What are some
constraints in terms of credit default settlement of consumer finance at PT.
Adira Dinamika Multi Finace? The method used is the juridical sociological main
data obtained from the primary data. The data collection technique is to
conduct interviews and document study, and the data were analyzed
qualitatively, from the survey results revealed that 1) Factors causing a
default are: economics, negligence, and intentional. 2) How do the completion
of the defaults that Adira Dinamika Multi Finance there are 3 stages: giving
verbal warning, giving the warning letter and withdrawal. 3) Constraints faced
in solving the problem of default is: the customer who does not have a bad
faith, lack of operational personnel.
