THE EFFORT OF INVESTIGATOR IN OBTAINING EVIDENCE IN THE EVENT OF THE CRIME FOR MURDER CASE
Abstract: Evidence is the
stuff related to the crime, the evidence is important to the process of verification.
Efforts investigators in obtaining evidence at crime scenes sometimes haveproblems
because the crime scene had not sterile. Based on article 15 of law IndonesianRepublic
no 2 2002, chapter 3 main basic of the police republic Indonesian is organize
ofthe task. The police of Indonesian republic have general authority. The
problemsdiscussed are: (1) How are investigators in obtaining evidence at the
crime scene on thecrime of murder in the Police Lubuk Basung? (2) Are the
obstacles encountered by investigators in obtaining evidence at the crime scene
on the crime of murder in the Police Lubuk Basung ?. To answer the above
problems, the authors conducted a study with a juridical approach sociological
research using primary data obtained from interviews, secondary data such as
documents and crime statistics relating to the murder.Data were analyzed
qualitatively. From the results of the study: (1) Efforts toinvestigators in
obtaining evidence at the crime scene that examination beginning at the crime
scene, to arrest suspects, arrest of the accused, conduct a search to find
evidenceand conduct seizure of evidence. (2) obstacles encountered by
investigators in obtaining evidence at the crime scene that the defendant is
not clear description, lack of means of support, factors of personnel
investigator and Society factors.
