TANGGUNG JAWAB PT. PEGADAIAN CABANG ULAK KARANG KOTA PADANG TERHDAP HILANGNYA BARANG JAMINAN
ABSTRACT: PT. Pegadaian is
institution service of non-bank finance that activity is to distribute fund for
people who need it. There were several problems that researcher explained in
this research. 1). How was the implementation of pawning pact at PT. Pegaidaian
Division Ulak Karang in Padang City?. 2). How was the responsibility at PT.
Pegadaian Division Ulak Karang in Padang City toward bail lost?. 3). How was
the efforts of solving problem at PT. Pegadaian Division Ulak Karang in Padang
City toward bail lost?. The research method was sociological juridical, the
research that was done in society reality. The resource data were primary data
and secondary data. The technique of gathering data was interview and document
study. The analyzed data in this research was descriptive and qualitative data
analysis.1). The implementation of pawning pact at PT. Pegadaian Division Ulak
Karang in Padang City is debt and credit of motion pawning as debt bail for debt
payment. 2). The responsibility of PT. Pegadaian Division Ulak Karang in Padang
City toward lost bail was giving half of replacement loss or full that
appropriate with customer demand. The conclusion was giving the replacement
loss to customer as the responsibility of Pegadaian Company that it had full
responsibility.
