PERANAN DINAS SOSIAL, TENAGA KERJA DAN TRANSMIGRASI KABUPATEN SIJUNJUNG DALAM MENGAHADAPI MASALAH KETENAGAKERJAAN
Abstract: The development of
the era and the era of globasisasi as well as the necessities of life and
population growth is increasing demand for Social Service, manpower and
transmigration Sijunjung to be able to work hard in the face of such employment
issues: jobs, labor distribution, placement, labor requirements and norms of
Industrial relations disputes, as well as a reduction in the number of jobless
in the Sijunjung. As for the formulation of the problem: 1) how did the duties
and functions of the Department of social, labor and Transmigration Sijunjung?
2) what are the Social Service strategies, manpower and transmigration
Sijunjung in channeling and placement of job seekers? 3) Constraints are faced
by Social Agency, manpower and transmigration Sijunjung in service employment?.
This type of research is the Juridical Sociological legal research using
primary data in the form of direct interviews and secondary data in the form of
documents relating to Employment. Results of the study are 1) implementation of
the duties and functions of the Service refers tothe provisions of Regulation
57 Number of Regent in 2008 in accordance with the respective field officer 2)
Service Strategy in the form of training delivery, cooperation with Instasi the
Government and companies as well as the existence of a work Internship 3)
obstacles faced, namely internal and external constraints in the service of
Social Service done, manpower and transmigration Sijunjung.
