PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA HARTA BERSAMA MELALUI PUTUSAN HAKIM
Abstract: Religious Court is
an institution as the executor of judicial power for Muslims in Indonesia who
have authority in the field of marriage, inheritance, wills, and grants are
made based on Islamic law. While judges are officials who carry out the task of
the judicial authorities carry out their duties, a judge was expected to have
an attitude of impartiality to determine who is right and who is not and
memberiakn fair verdict. In Judge Decision contains elements that are essential
for its decision, in order to provide justice and accountable, one of which is
the consideration of the judge which is the basic verdict, relating to
marriage, then the solution is authorized Religious Court.In a Decision, there
