PENGANGKATAN PEGAWAI PEMERINTAH DENGAN PERJANJIAN KERJA (PPPK) BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 5 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA DI KOTA PADANG
Abstract: Government employees
with the work agreement is a citizen of Indonesia is eligible to be appointed
by certain officials of the elder member personel based on agreement for a
certain peroid. Formulation of the problem of this research were: 1) How does
the mechanism of appointing government employees with the work agreement by BKD
Padang City. 2) How is the position of BKD Padang City in the appointment of
government employees with a work agreement. 3) Whether the constraints facing
with the work agreement. The methods used in this study was sociological legal
research is a legal research methods
based on the practice field and associate it with the regulations. Data
sources used are primary data by counducting interviews and analyzed
qualitatively. Results of the study are: 1) The mecanism of appointing
government employees with the agreement of work done by the applicants tke the
last selection, test material prepared by the youth, applicants who pass the
mandatory administrative completeness to surrender the City of Padang, BKD PPPK
stated pass mandatory sign an agreement work. 2) Position BKD Padang City is to
do the calculation needs PPPK, fillings with securities data PPPK, complete
data on the application of non PPPK ASN BKD Padang City. 3) Canstraints faced
by BKD Padang City is not appropriate data PPPK, diploma, diploma forgery does
not comply, the lack of competence of PPPK.
