PELAKSANAAN PEMBERIAN KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA KEPADA CV. USAHA BERSAMA TANJUNG BALAI KARIMUN
ABSTRAK: Economic growth
relies on the ability of a country banking system on chanelling loans to small
and medium enterprises. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI known as
one of the national banks appointed to chanell Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), a
loan program designated to empower small businesses. Questions stated on this
paper is (1) How BNI conduct the delivery of KUR, study case delivery of KUR to
CV. Usaha Bersama, and (2) What obstacle hampered the delivery of KUR to CV.
Usaha Bersama. This is a socio-juridical research using primary and secondary
data base which is obtained through interviews and paper studies. Conclusions,
(1) Delivery of KUR is conducted through stages of submission of credit
propossal, verification of document submitted, valuation of loan feasibility,
initial interview, field observation, final interview, loan agreement signing,
and loan disbursement, (2) obstacles hampered the delivery process is
insufficient number of analyst, and unreliable financial statement that does
not meet accountancy standard.
