PELAKSANAAN PEMBINAAN TERHADAP NARAPIDANA RESIDIFIS DI LEMBAGA PERMASYARAKATAN KLAS II A PADANG
Abstract: According to Law
Namber. 31 Year 1999 Article 1 leg (7) regulation aof the Correctional
Institution inmate is convicted criminal who had lost their independence in the
Penitentiary. Despite losing its independence convicted there narapida rights
protected in the Indonesian prison system.right to receive coaching from
prisons despite its status as residife. Issues: (1) How is the implementation
guidance to convict residife in Penitentiary Class II A Padang? (2) Is the
obstacles encountered by officials in implementing coaching? The researh uses
Sociological juridical, resources of data are primary data, secondary data. The
collection data use interview and document of study. analyzed data is qualitatively. conclusion of
the study: (1) The implementation guidance to inmates residifis in Penitentiary
Class II A Padang: a) Development of personality such as coaching religious
awareness, fostering awareness of law, fostering encounters to society,
fostering intellectual abilities, fostering awareness of nation and state, b)
fostering independence as self-support efforts, the efforts of small
industries, agricultural activities, coaching skills in accordance with his
talent. (2) The obstacles encountered by the officer in the execution of
prisoners residifis coaching at the Institute society Class II A Padang namely:
cost, infrastructure, personnel, inmates, lack of supervision,
