Controling Function of Parlement to Budgeting of Earnings and Expense Execution in Padang Pariaman
ABSTRACT: Controling function
is one of controling function of parlemenof budgeting of earning and expense
execution is less optimal causing ineffecient to good performance of goverment.
The problem of this research are (1) how do execution controling function of parlemen
to budgeting of earnings and expense execution in Padang pariaman (2) what is
the rights and obligation of member parlemen in budgeting of earning and
expense execution in Padang Pariaman (3) what is effort to optimal of
controling function of parlemen budgeting of earnings ang expense execution in
Padang Pariaman. The form of research is the sociological research that used
the primary data and secondary data as a source of data. By the result of this
research, the resercher controling function of parlemen have according to
constitution, but is less optimal because still have castaway budgeting.
Discipline and education of member parlemen have been controling function is
weak.
