STUDI PENDAHULUAN PENENTUAN KANDUNGAN PLASTIK YANG TERDAPAT DALAM PISANG GORENG MENGGUNAKAN TEXTURE ANALYZER DAN MINYAK GORENG MENGGUNAKAN GC-MS

Abstract: The  preliminary  study  about  the  content  of  the  plastic  in  fried  banana  and  cooking  oil  that was  assumed  containing  plastic  have  been  done,  which  using  texture  analyzer  and  GC-MS.  On the test of the texture analyzer, can be seen that there were differences between fried banana that contained plastic compared to fried banana that contained no plastic. This is proved by 4 times of the  repetition  of  the  hardness.  Where  the  hardness  of  fried  banana  which  contained  plastic  is bigger than the fried banana which has no plastic, the point are 46,76 and  41,08 ; 59,35 and 31,99 ; 36,86 and  32,23  ;  22,25  and  26,79  in  N/cm2.  While  the  result  of  the  chromatogram,  the  chemical compounds  presented  in  the  used  of  cooking  oil  contained  metyl  ester  squalene,  methanol squalene carbinol, tetracosahexaene-hexamethyl squalene.
