STUDI METODE PENENTUAN NIFEDIPINE DENGAN TITRASI BEBAS AIR (NON AQUEOUS)
Abstract: The non-aqueous
titration study using three types of samples. This study aims to determine the nifedipine levels
contained in drugs
of different products
samples. LOD values
were obtained sequentially in
nifedin, nifedipine and
farmalat is 0.0514;
0.0436 and 0.0532.
LOQ value in nifedin,
nifedipine and farmalat
is 0.1712; 0.1455
and 0.1772. Values
of the correlation coefficients obtained
in a strong
linearity test with
one-way relationship. Vallue
%recovery obtained at nifedin, nifedipine and farmalat is 100.06%;
98.75% to 100.9%. Levels obtained dried samples
ranged from 1.53%
to 2.74%, with
the highest contenst
in nifedin and
lower in the nifedipine (OGBdexa).
