ISOLASI DAN KARAKTERISASI TERPENOID DARI FRAKSI AKTIF TOKSISITAS DAUN SRIKAYA (Annona squamosa L.)
Abstract: Terpenoid compound
was isolated from
custard apple (Annona
squamosa L.) leaves
by using maceration and
fractionation methods. Powder
of sample was
macerated by methanol
and fractionated by n-hexane and ethyl acetate solvents. Toxicity test
by using brine shrimp method showed
all fractions had
toxicity activities. Isolation compound
was resulted from
n-hexane fraction as many
as 0,432 g.
The characterization result
showed 142,7 - 143,9°C
which had double bond
(C=C) unconjugated and
had hydroxyl group.
Toxicity test from
isolated compound showed LC50 6,792 µg/mL.
