Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Group Investigation Berbasis Local Materials Melalui Lesson Study untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Metakognisi dan Hasil Belajar Kognitif Siswa Kelas X SMAN 1 Mojo Kediri pada Materi Ekosistem

ABSTRACT: This research aim to find out implementation of Group Investigation learning model by Lesson Study based  Local Materials which using materials in around environment to improve metacognition skills and students  cognitive  learning outcomes class X at SMAN 1 Mojo Kediri. This research use method of Class Action Research which colaborated with Lesson Study and designed using two cycles it started on March to April 2015 which involve 1 model teacher and 4 observer. The data of students  cognitive  learning outcomes was collected using essay test and the data of metacognition skills collected by using  metacognition  skills  rubric  that  intregated  in  cognitive  learning  outcomes.  The  data  analyzed  using  descriptive analysis  between  the  first  cycle  and  second  cycle.  The  result  of  this  research  showed  that  there  was  precentage enhanchement of metacognition skills from first cycle to second cycle, increased from 73% became 75%. The result of students learning outcomes also showed that there was precentage from first cycle to second cycle, increased from 53,61 became 76,14%. The positive value of Class Action Research which colaborated with Lesson Study are teachers can find the problem in learning process and how to know the problem solved by collaboration.
