PERILAKU INOVATIF TIDAK MEMEDIASI PENGARUH KONFLIK TUGAS DAN KONFLIK HUBUNGAN TERHADAP KINERJA TIM

Abstract:  This  research  aimed  to  describe  and  to  analyze  whether  task conflict  and  relationship  conflict  affects  team  performance  through innovative  behavior.  Research  sampling  technique  using  non  probability sampling, 35 employees of the regional office of Surabaya AJB Bumiputera 1912  as  a  sample.  Method  of  statistical  analysis  was  used  Partial  Least Square  (PLS).  The  result  of  this  research  proves  that  task  conflict  has significant  positive  impact  on  team  performance,  relationship  conflict  has significant  negative  impact  on  the  team  performance.  Task  conflict  has  significant  positive  impact  on  innovative  behavior,  relationship  conflict  has significant negative impact on innovative behavior. Innovative behavior has significant positive impact on team performance. Innovative behavior is not mediation  influence  of  task  conflict  on  team  performance,  due  to  direct effect  coefficient  is  greater  than  the  indirect  effect.  Innovative  behavior  is not mediation influence of relationship conflict on team performance, due to direct effect coefficient is greater than the indirect effect.
