PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA

Abstract:  Organizations  need  to  pay  attention  employee  particularly about  need  to  achieve  maximum  results.  Problems  appear  both internally  and  externally  as  it  can  affect  the  way  employees  work. Employees  who  experience  stress  when  working  indirectly  hamper employees  earning  wages  greater.  Employees  who  earn  wages  are large or  small it can not affect the employee in improving the quality of work before. This study aimed to test and analyze the influence of job  stress  on  work  productivity  through  job  satisfaction  study  on PDAM  City  Of  Surabaya.  The  sampling  technique  of  this  study  is using area sampling with a sample size of 74 respondents. Based on causality test which be found that job stress has negative significant effect  on  work  productivity,  job  stress  has  negative  significant  effect on  job  satisfaction,  job  satisfaction  has  positive  significant  effect  on work  productivity,  and  job  stress  a  significant  effect  on  work productivity through job satisfaction.
