Abstract: The local law is one
of the regulations on local area and made by
Head of Local government and the
local house of representative to regulate local affairs, as mention on The Law
Number 32/2004. Local law is the implementation or futher explanatioan or regulation
which is in accordance with the higher law. Eventhough regency is allowed to
make local regulation, but it needs to review and supervise.
