PENERAPAN PRINSIP GOOD ENVIRONMENTAL GOVERNANCE DALAM PERDA KABUPATEN SLEMAN PROVINSI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract: The Research on the
implementation of good environmental government principle in local regulation
of Sleman is aimed at answering the question: does the policy of Sleman regency
on the natural resource and environment include the good environmental
governance? This Normative research used document and libraries studies. The
document studies have been done on the policy of Sleman regency on natural
resource and environment. This finding of this research shows that local
regulation of Sleman regency about natural resource dan environment did yet
fulfill or accommodate good environment governance principles.
