PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, LEVERAGE, PROFITABILITAS, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DAN CASH HOLDING TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA SEKTOR MANUFAKTUR
Abstract: The
purpose of this
study was to
determine the effect
of firm size, leverage, profitability, dividend policy and cash holdings
are registered in the
manufacturing sector in
the period 2008-2012
IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). The population used in this study are
all publicly traded companies
listed on the
IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). This
study used purposive
sampling method, with a
population of 114
companies and a
sample of 15
companies. This study uses
multiple regression analysis
with SPSS (Statistical Package for
the Social Sciens)
version 19. The
analysis technique used in this
study is a classic assumption test and t-test statistics for testing the
partial regression coefficients. The results showed that the size of
the company's, leverage,
profitability and holding
cash not affect the value of the
company. Dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value.
