PENGARUH MODAL SOSIAL, KETERLIBATAN KERJA KARYAWAN DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract:  The  growth  of  the  hospital  continues  to  grow,  the  public demanded  the  hospital  should  be  able  to  provide  services  one  stop services.  With  the  involvement  of  social  capital  and  labor  that  goes well and supports active participation in the work environment will be created in the organization's strong commitment to both performance and  survival  of  the  organization  itself.  This  research  is  causality (cause-effect)  by  using  a  quantitative  approach.  Object  of  research that all employees in the installation outpatient RS Semen Gresik, the population  and  the  sample  amounted  to  48  employees  which  is  a saturated  sampling.  Data  were  analyzed  using  SPSS  version 13.0.The results showed no influence of  social capital with employee performance, employee engagement and organizational commitment affect  of  the  employee  performance,  social  capital,  employee engagement and organizational commitment simultaneously influence on employee performance.
