this study was to
analyze the effect
of continuous improvement,
career development, and performance assessment. As well as the mediating
role of
performance assessment on the effect
of the continuous improvement of
career development. Samples
from this study
were all employees of
the sales and
marketing division, amounting
to 43 people. The data analysis
technique used is an alternative method of analysis with
Structural Equation Models
Partial Least Square
with the help of
software SmartPLS 2.0 M3.The
results explain that continuous improvement
does not significantly
influence career development. Continuous
improvement and a
significant positive effect on
performance appraisal. Performance
assessment no significant effect
on career development.
Performance appraisals mediate the
effect of the
continuous improvement of
career development.
