PENGARUH KONFLIK TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KOMUNIKASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATOR PADA PT. SINAR SOSRO KPW JAWA TIMUR

Abstract: This study aims to test and analyze  whether conflict (task conflict,  relationship  conflict,  and  process  conflict)  affect  employee performance  with  communication  as  a  moderator  variable  in  PT. Sinar  Sosro  KPW Jawa  Timur.  This  type  of  this  research  is quantitative. The sampling technique of this research is using simple random  sampling  with  a  sample  of  74  respondents.  Statistical analysis  that  used  is  the  approach  of  structural  equation  modeling (SEM) and the method of Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of Smart  PLS  software.  Results  showed  that  task  conflict  and relationship conflict had a positive and significant effect on employee performance,  while  the  conflict  process  has  a  negative  and  not significant  effect  on  employee  performance.  Interaction  of  conflict (task  conflict,  relationship  conflict,  and  process  conflict)  with  the communication  does  not  affect  the  performance  of  the  employee  or not moderated the effect.
