PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR

Abstract: Industrial development that keeps on increasing demands business  performers  to  maximize  their  business  potency. Transformational  leadership  style  and  organization  commitmet  that being implemented in the company will be able to influence extra-rolebehavior  or  called  organizational  citizenship  behavior  (OCB).  Thepurpose  of  this  research  is  testing  and  analyzing  the  influence  oftransformational  leadership  style  on  Organizational  Citizenship Behavior through organization commitment at Master D Restaurant inthe Area of Surabaya I.The study type used is exploration study with quantities  descriptive,  while  sampling  of  70  respondents.  The statistical  analysis  used  is  Structural  Equation  Modeling  (SEM)  with SMART  PLS  2.0  software.  Corelation  between  transformational leadership  style  on  organization  commitment  has  positive  and significant.  Organization  commitment  does  not  mediate  relation between transformational leadership style on OCB.
