PENERAPAN BAURAN PEMASARAN DALAM JARINGAN MELALUI MEDIA SOSIAL UNTUK MEMBANGUN HUBUNGAN PELANGGAN

Abstract: Internet makes marketing pattern changed from the vertical one turned into a horizontal pattern, facilitating company to establish customer relationship. This research was done the implementation of social media can establish, maintain and  engagement the customer relationship.  This  research  applied  qualitative  methods.  Researcher choose JuraganTiketID as the object. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. There are 3 data  analysis  technique  that  researcher  use  here  :  data  reduction,data  display  and  analysis  using  the  online  application  website.  The results  showed  that  consistency  in  interaction  with  customers  ontwitter  can  establish  and  expand  relationships  with  customers  inmedia sosial network at a low cost. Beside that, the large number of followers can increase customer confidence and sales volumes.
