PENGARUH MOTIVASI INTRINSIK DAN KEMAMPUANTERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract:  Individual employee’s performance is the main factor that determines  organizational  success.  Many  factors  that  influence  the performance  of  the  employees,  such  as  the  motivation  from  within themselves  and  also  supported  by  the  ability  of  employees  to complete tasks.  Employee’s  performance  on  BTN  Branch  Surabaya considered good although responsibility and knowledge of employee are still considered not maximal. The population used in this study are employees of the front liner division of Bank BTN branch Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used is saturated  sample  as  many  as  85  respondents, with  a  sample  of  72 respondents.  The  analytical  tool  used  in  this  study  was  a  multiple linear  regression  with  the  help  of  software  SPSS  20.0  for windows.The  result  shows  that  there  is  an  impact  between  intrinsic motivation  to  the  performance  and  the  ability  of  performance  an intrinsic motivation and the simultaneity ability to the performance.
