PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI MOTIVASI

Abstract: The Increasing of the number of companies competing for the maximum profit make a company’s management concern of the performance of their employees. One of the way is by establishing a good  work  environment  and  motivationate.  Thus  a  company  can compete  in  this  globalization  era.  This  study  aims  to  examine  and analyze  whether  the  effect  of  work  environment  on  employee performance  through  motivation  studies  at  the  Department  of  Apron Move  Control  PT.  Angkasa  Pura  I  (Persero)  Branch  Juanda International  Airport.  The  Sampling  techniques  is  using  saturated sampling  techniques  with  thirty  eight  respondents.  Methods  of statistical analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) PLS with SMART PLS  software.  Based  on  causality  test  found  a  significant  positive effect of work environment on employee performance and motivation. Motivation  positive  and  significant  effect  on  the  performance  of employees.
