company is required
to be able
to survive in the
competitivebusinessworld by doing
expansion and publish
the company’s shares by
doing IPO. The
purpose of this
study is to analyze
the influence of
independent variables (firm
age, firm age, firm
size, profitability, leverage,
and underwriter reputation)
to stock performance. In
this research, researcher
used MER to
measure stock performance, AGE to measure firm age, LogAssets to measure
firm size, ROE
to measure profitability, DER
to measure leverage, Dummy to
measure underwriter reputation.
Object used in
this research were the
companies that carrying
out IPO on
Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2007-2011. Data used from financial
statements company. Analysis technique used the multiple linear regression. The
t test result indicate that the variable firm age, underwriter reputation significant effect
on stock performance,
and variable firm
size, profitability, leverage did not affect significantly on stock
performance.
