PENGARUH BERBAGI PENGETAHUAN TERHADAP KINERJA DEPARTEMEN MELALUI INOVASI JASA/PELAYANAN

Abstract:  Industrial  world  competition  requires  company  to  be  more competitive  by  building  knowledge  based  organization  to  perform knowledge sharing activity. This study is aimed to test and analyze if knowledge  sharing  activity  that  consist  of  knowledge  donating  and knowledge  collecting  applied  would  affect  to  department’s performance  through  servce  innovation  at  Service  Management  PT Telkomsel,  Tbk.  The  study  type  used  is  exploration  study  with quantities  descriptive,  while  sampling  of  30  respondents.  The statistical  analysis  used  is  Structural  Equation  Modeling  (SEM)  with SMART PLS 2.0 software. Correlation between knowledge donating is positively  and  significantly  influencing  service  innovation,  while  is positively  and  significantly  influencing  department’s  performance. Correlation  of  knowledge  collecting  is  positively  and  significantly influencing  service  innovation  but  not  significantly  influencing department’s performance.  Service  innovation    is  not  mediating  the correlation of knowledge donating to department’s performance, while is mediating knowledge collecting to department’s performance.
