PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN HONDA BEAT

Abstract: Honda  Beat  is  the  one  of  Honda’s  product  that  has  good quality  product  which  is  supported  with  security  features,  ease  of maintenance  and  also  efficient.  And  Honda  Beat  set  in  competitive rates  in  automatic  motorcycle  of  110cc  class. This  research  aim  to analyze  and  description influence  of  product  quality  and    price  to consumer satisfaction of Honda Beat. Sample in this research is who use  Honda  Beat  and  previously  involved  in  the  purchase  decision process  at  least  at  18  years  old to  100  respondents  with  purposive sampling  technique. Data  collected  with  questionnaire,  while technique  analyze  data  used  multiple  regression  analysis. Based  on test result known that product quality and price influential to customer satisfaction of Honda Beat.
