PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN DARING TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN SOFIEHANDMADE.COM DI SURABAYA

Abstract: This research was conducted to examine the effect of e-service quality and costumer  satisfaction.  The  objective  of research  to  know  the  influence  of  e-service  quality  toward costumer  satisfaction  on  Sofiehandmade.com.  This  study  used  a non probability sampling by the number of 87 respondens by using causal  research.  The  analysis  used  is  simple  linear  regression analysis  by  using  SPSS  20  in  seeing  the  independent  variables influence  the  dependent  variable  individually.  The  results  showed that  e-service  quality  significantly  influence  toward  costumer satisfaction individually.
