PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN TURNOVER INTENTION PADA KARYAWAN PT. RENTOKIL INITIAL SURABAYA

Abstract:  High  number  of  turnover  intention  of  employee  cause  the productivity of a company does not work properly. This phenomenon shows the low value of employee’s commitment to the company. Job satisfaction  s  one  factor  from  numerous  factors  which  influence turnover intention coupled with organization commitment. The present research  aims  to  elaborate  and  analyze  does  job  satisfaction  has impact  to  the  organization  commitment  coupled  with  turnover intention  mainly  for  worker  who  are  working  in  PT.  Rentokil  Initial Surabaya.  With  a  population  of  fourty  seven  people.  Saturated sampling  technique  using  a  sample  in  which  all  members  of  the population  used as a sample in this study. The authorial uses Partial Least  Square  (PLS)  as  the  statistical  method  in  analyzing  the  data. The present study shows that job satisfaction  has positive impact to the organization commitment,  job satisfaction has negative impact to the turnover intention.
