PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN KJPP TOHA, OKKY, HERU & REKAN CABANG SURABAYA

Abstract:  The  height  of  turnover  intention  to  official  employee’s causing unstable and bad effect to the business. Job satisfaction and organization’s commitment zare  some  factors  that  effected  turnover intention.  This  research  aimed  to  analyzed  the  effect  of  job satisfaction  (X1)  and  organizational  commitment  (X2)  on  turnover intention (Y). Samples of this study were employees of KJPP TOHA, OKKY, HERU & REKAN SURABAYA’S BRANCH. With a population of  thirty  six  people.  Saturated  sampling  technique  using  a  sample  in which all members of the population used as a sample in this study. Statistical  analysis  method  used  in  this  research  is  the  method  of multiple linear regression analysis by using Smart PLS softwere. The result  of  job  satisfaction  effected  negative  significantly  on  turnover intention  For  the  organization  commitment  variable    has  negative influence significantly on turnover intention.
