Abstract: Competition
getting competitive industry
requires that companies to optimize all
their own resources.
The production process can be run
either as is controlled by labor. Other than that the company
also uses high
technology equipment to
support the production process.
Usage high technology
equipment can cause health and safety risks for workers
anytime and anywhere, so it needs particular concern from the various parties
relating to such employers, labor, and management. This research aims to
determine how much influence the
safety and health
and work stress
on employee performance at
PT.Varia Usaha Beton,Plant BSP Waru.This type of research is
quantitative.The sampling technique
used is nonprobability sample
with a sample
of 47 respondents.
The analytical tool used in this study was a multiple linear regression
with the help of software SPSS18.0 for windows.The results of this study concluded that
simultaneously the Occupational
Health and Safety and
stress of work
and a significant
positive effect on
employee performance.Occupational
safety and health
partially influence on employee
performance. Partially work
stress does not
affect the employee's performance.Variable occupational
safety and health
is the dominant variable.
