who are Competent, it
is anticipated any
change whitin the
organization, both internal and
external environment. Common
problems related to the
employee’s job in general is the
lack of commitment
and satisfaction of one’s
importance and the
role of leadership
to realize the company’s
performance. The population
used in this
study is the company
PT. Tri Ratna
Diesel Indonesia has
97 employees of production
section which is
used as in
this study population.
The analysis method used is the technique of test validity, Reliability
test, Testing Assumptions Classical
(Multicollinearity Test, Test Heterokedastisitas,Autocorrelation and
Normality Test), multiple linear regression
analysis, the coefficient
of determination, and
hypothesis testing. From this study it can be concluded simultaneously
no effect between job satisfaction
and Leadership Behavior
on Employee Commitment. Partially
Job Satisfaction an Leadership Behavior effect on Employee
Commitment. The most
dominant factor influenced
the variable salary.
