PENGARUH KEBUTUHAN AKTUALISASI DIRI DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract:  This research was conducted to examine the effect of self-actualization needs, workload, and job performance. The objective of research  to  know  the  influence  of  self-actualization  needs  and workload  toward  job  performance  on  PT.  Bank  Tabungan  Negara (Persero),Tbk  Kantor  Cabang  Syariah  Surabaya.  This  study  used  a saturated sampling by the number of 43 respondens by using causal research. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis by using SPSS for windows in seeing the independent variables influence the dependent  variable  either  jointly  or  individually.  The  results  showed that  self-actualization  needs  significantly  influence  toward  job performance  and  workload  had  no  significant  influence  toward  job performance,  whereas  self-actualization  and  workload  together  had no significant  influence toward job performance.
