PENGARUH CAREER LOCUS, CAREER PATTERN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP SUKSES KARIR PADA KARYAWATI HOTEL DI SURABAYA

Abstract:  This  study  aimed  to  examine  the  effect  of  variable  locus career, career patterns, job satisfaction and career success. The goal is a hotel employee  in Surabaya consisting of  7 hotels. Sample was 24 respondents. Career locus has ten indicators in this study, career pattern  has  three  indicators  in  this  study,  has  five  indicators  of  job satisfaction and career success has five indicators in this study. This study  is  a  census  study,  the  method  of  analysis  using  partial  least squares  analysis  (PLS). Hypothesis  testing  using  the  model  of  inner causality  test  weight  which  suggests  that  career  locus  has  a significant  influence  on  career  success  and  the  resulting  effect  is negative,  to  not  have  a  career  pattern  pangaruh  significantly  to  a successful  career  and  the  resulting  effect  is  negative,  while  job satisfaction  has  significant  influence  and  the  resulting  effect  is positive.
