PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH KANJURUHAN MALANG

Abstract: Nowadays human resources has an important position for an organization or company. As performed by many existing Hospital, Kanjuruhan  Hospital  Malang  also  continue  to  improve  the performance  of  its  employees  particularly  well  in  all  aspects  of service. Malang Kanjuruhan Hospital is a government hospital located in  Malang  regency.  Its  presence  is  an  important  part  of  the  public service  that  aims  to  provide  the  best  possible  service  to  the community.  In  order  to  realize  the  objectives  of  the  hospital  as  a public  servant.  The  results  of  analysis  show  that:  1)  Work  discipline does not affect the performance of either simultaneously or  partially, 2)  Motivation  partially  positive  significant  effect  on  employee performance.
