PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR PADA KEPUASAN KERJA SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract:  The most important  thing in  organizations is how big  the role of the leader in directing and controlling organization in order to achieve a common goal. If the goal has been achieved, the  leader should  be  able  to  create  job  satisfaction  and  improve  employee performance, so employees can be loyal in the company by way of developing  their  career.The  sample  in  this  study  were  47  toward employee’ s of marketing department and the financial department of Barata Indonesia (Persero) Gresik.  The measuring instrument  thatused was a questionnaire with  technical analysis of the data using the  PLS  2.0.The  results  showed  there  isthe  influence ofleadershipon  employee  job  satisfaction,  there  is  no  influence fleadershipon  employee performance,there  is  no influencebetweencareer  developmentto  job  satisfaction,  there  is noinfluence  ofcareer  developmenton  employee performance,  there isthe influence of job satisfactionon employee performance.
