PENGARUH DUKUNGAN SUPERVISOR DAN DUKUNGAN REKAN KERJA TERHADAP TRANSFER PELATIHAN KARYAWAN MEKANIK
Abstract: Transfer
of training is
a very important
element in determining the
effectiveness of training
programs as well
as a determinant of
the ability of
employees to practice
what they have learned
into the workplace.
The purpose of
this research is to examined the effect of supervisor support and
co-worker support on transfer of training. 36 mechanical employee from 5 branch
PT “X” in Surabaya were involved
in this research.
Data were analyzed
by using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the help of software smartPLS 2.0
M3
though multiple regression.
The results showed
that supervisor support were
significant positive effect
on the transfer of training and
co-worker support were not significant positive effect on the transfer of
training. These results suggest that in order to enhance transfer of training,
organizations can make meeting between trainees on sustainable and reinforce
discussion between either co-workers.
