PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA INOVATIF TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract:  This  study  aims  to  test  and  analyze  whether  leadership style and innovation culture on employee job satisfaction. This type of this research is quantitative. The sampling technique of this research is  using  saturate  sampling  with  40  respondents.  Statistical  analysis that used is the approach of mutiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS 2.0 software. Results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction,innovation culture  has  a  positif  and  no  significant  effect  on  employee  job satisfaction,  leadership  style  and  innovation  culture  have simultaneously significant influence on employee job satisfaction.
